CAO Jewellery โ Hassle-Free 5-Day Return Policy
At CAO, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. But if something isnโt quite right, we offer a 5-day, no-questions-asked return policy to make your experience worry-free.
Eligibility for Return
- Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags intact
- In its original packaging
โ ๏ธ Important: The original tag is mandatory for all refunds. Returns without the tag will not be eligible for a refund.
๐น Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is required to process claims for missing items. Please record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.

Refund Timeline
- Once your return is picked up and received by our team, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued to the UPI ID or bank account you provide.
- For prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
