5. PRICING POLICY & PAYMENTS
At CAO Jewellery ,we are dedicated to providing shopping convenience, exceptional service, and an exciting product selection at competitive prices. Prices and availability of the products and services provided or offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of company.
For orders above ₹5000, a partial COD policy applies. Customers will need to pay 10% of the order value upfront, with the remaining 90% payable at the time of delivery. Please note that the 10% upfront payment is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
6. GST (GOODS AND SERVICES TAX)
All prices displayed on our website include the 3% GST rate on jewellery.
7. PACKAGING
Usually, boxes/ packaging is done according to the order quantity.
8. MODE OF PAYMENT
Payments for the products available on the website and app may be made in the following ways:
- UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking,
- Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) option is available for limited areas only.
All online payments are handled by authorised Payment Gateways, considering transaction security measures mandated by the RBI and other regulatory authorities. CAO Jewellery is not responsible for any breach of information or inappropriate transactions.
9. CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree to provide accurate and correct credit card details for availing services on the site. You must use your lawfully owned credit card in any credit card transaction.
10. CASH ON DELIVERY
- Cash on Delivery is applicable on all orders with a 10% advance after exceeding ₹5000
11. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS
Cancellation or modification requests will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. If your request meets this condition and is made within 24 hours of placing the order, please email us at customercare@caojewellery.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request..
12. SALES AND PROMOTION
The sale runs till the stock lasts. Duration of sale is at the sole discretion of CAO Jewellery, and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information, at any point in time.
* The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be at the sole discretion of CAO Jewellery.
CAO reserves the right, at any time, to amend/add/remove/modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of sale, or to replace, wholly or in part, this promotion by another promotion, whether similar to this promotion or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and CAO’s decision in this regard shall be final and requires no intimation to the customer of any sort.
